Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential or commercial settings.
Duties:
- Conducting basic repairs and maintenance tasks in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Inspecting and troubleshooting issues reported by clients.
- Installing fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Handling routine maintenance of buildings and equipment.
- Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to high standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handy or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques across multiple trades.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
